1.2 Training Courses

• Trial Period: A 7-day trial period is offered.
  • Cancellations within the Trial Period: Eligible for a full refund.
  • After the Trial Period: Fees are non-refundable.

1.3 Workshops, Short Courses/Course Modules, and One-on-One Sessions

• Payment: Fees must be paid at the time of booking.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1 Daily Sessions

• Participant Cancellations: Non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full.
• Cancellations by Us: An alternative session will be arranged.

2.2 Training Courses with a Trial Period

• Within the Trial Period: Cancellations within the 7-day trial period are eligible for a full refund.
• After the Trial Period: No refunds will be provided.

2.3 Workshops, Short Courses/Course Modules, and One-on-One Sessions

• Participant Cancellations: Fees are non-refundable.

3. Conduct and Behavior

• Respect and Courtesy: Participants are required to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy while engaging in our services.
• Prohibited Behavior: Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
• Violations: Breaches of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services, without any refund.
