The Path of the Yogi Begins Here

Yoga is not merely a practice—it is a way of living, breathing, parenting, and navigating the complexities of modern life. At Vimukti Yogpriya, our mission is to guide individuals toward balance, resilience, and inner strength through authentic yoga, meditation, and holistic healing practices.

Qualifications & Expertise

With years of dedicated study, practice, and teaching, I bring a unique blend of knowledge, compassion, and precision to every class. As a Yoga Alliance USA–Certified RYT200, RYT300, and YACEP teacher, my foundation is rooted in authenticity and global standards. My advanced training from The Nirvana Yoga School and RYS200 Yoga Training School has deepened my understanding of traditional techniques while refining my modern teaching approach.

Specializing in Iyengar Yoga with Wall Ropes and Props, I focus on alignment, stability, and mindful movement. As a Certified Face Yoga Trainer (2+ years) and a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher with Garbhasanskara Coach certification (3+ years), I offer a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind. Since 2023, I have been wholeheartedly devoted to supporting mothers on their prenatal and postnatal journeys—helping them build strength, confidence, and emotional balance through the transformative power of yoga.

Teaching Philosophy

For me, yoga is not just a physical practice—it is a sacred journey toward harmony, awareness, and self-realization. Rooted in Indian wisdom traditions and guided by the principle of Ahimsa—peace, compassion, and non-violence—my teaching goes beyond asanas to touch every layer of one’s being. I believe yoga truly begins when we cultivate mindfulness, self-acceptance, and presence in everyday life. Through this approach, students learn to connect deeply with their inner world, finding balance between strength and surrender, effort and ease.

At Vimukti Yogpriya, my teaching is heart-led and intuitive, designed especially to support women in their physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. Each session encourages self-awareness, confidence, and resilience through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where every woman feels empowered to embrace her journey with grace and authenticity. For me, yoga is not just a practice—it’s a way of living consciously, healing gently, and thriving with balance in a fast-paced world.

Meditation – The Heart of My Practice

For me, meditation is the soul of yoga—the space where movement transforms into stillness and awareness blossoms into peace. For over three decades, it has been my constant companion, guiding me through life’s changing rhythms with grace and clarity. Meditation, to me, is not about escaping the world but about embracing it with a calm and centered heart. It opens the doorway to inner silence, where wisdom and serenity naturally arise.

Sharing this sacred practice with students across the globe has been one of the greatest blessings of my journey. Witnessing them awaken to their inner stillness, discover clarity, and connect with their truest selves fills me with immense gratitude. Through guided meditation and mindful awareness, I strive to help each practitioner experience the quiet joy of presence—the place where healing begins and the heart truly feels free.

Ancient Wisdom for Modern Living

At Vimukti Yogpriya, we honor the timeless teachings of yoga and philosophy, bringing their profound insights into everyday life. Rooted in Samkhya Philosophy, we explore the foundational principles of Indian thought, understanding the interplay between consciousness and matter. Through Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga, we follow the eightfold path of self-realization, guiding practitioners toward clarity, balance, and inner growth.

Our approach also embraces Traditional Hatha Yoga, fostering harmony between body, mind, and spirit. By integrating these ancient practices, we offer practical tools to navigate the complexities of modern living with strength, resilience, and ease. These teachings help students cultivate inner stability, mindful awareness, and a sense of peace that endures, even amidst life’s turbulence.

Spiritual Calling

Although my academic journey began with Engineering at D. Y. Patil, Pune, life guided me toward a deeper, more meaningful path. The early loss of my parents sparked profound questions about life, death, and the nature of liberation—nirvana and moksha. Inspired by the teachings of the Ashtavakra Gita, the Upanishads, and other esoteric traditions, I found myself drawn to spirituality, self-inquiry, and holistic healing.

Through yoga, meditation, and energy practices, I discovered inner strength and clarity, allowing me to heal my own wounds and align with my true purpose. These practices became my anchors, guiding me toward a life of awareness, compassion, and service. Over time, they inspired me to share this wisdom with others, helping them navigate their journeys with insight, resilience, and a deeper connection to their own inner light.

Our Mission & Values

Our Mission at Vimukti Yogpriya is to create a sanctuary of healing, resilience, and awakening—where yoga is not limited to asanas but becomes a holistic journey of body, mind, and soul.
